The present document contains the General Terms and Conditions regulating your access to, browsing and use of, the LEGAL FIELD web site located at the following URL: www.legalfield.es (hereinafter the “WEB”). By accessing the web site, you are implicitly giving your express and unreserved agreement to the present General Terms and Conditions, with the same validity and efficacy as a contract. All users must read this Legal Notice every time they use the WEB, as the terms and conditions for use reflected in this Legal Notice may suffer modifications.
Your use of this WEB does not imply any kind of legal advice on the part of LEGAL FIELD nor the establishment of any commercial or other relationship between LEGAL FIELD and you, the user. LEGAL FIELD will not assign nor share users’ details with third parties without their express approval. Furthermore, LEGAL FIELD will cancel or correct the details held when they are inexact, incomplete or have ceased to be necessary or pertinent for the purposes stated.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions contained in Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute or controversy that may arise between you as a user and LEGAL FIELD with respect to your use of the WEB, you expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts for Madrid.
